She has received grants and awards for her work and was accepted into the Spectrum Artist In Residence program in Port Townsend, WA. She currently resides and works in Schenectady, NY.
Her work centers around finding the framework of familiar structures or places and modifying them to grant them new points of access for the viewer. It can be entry to physical dimensions through transparency. Or, it can be access into the concept and emotion of a place. The drawings are also about ritual, repetition and the impossibility of patching a hole.
